Volunteering

Live Oak Emerald Regime relies heavily on the support of the adults in our members lives. Whether it is cooking, helping build props, carpooling and more; all volunteers working with our students must go through the MHUSD Volunteer Process.

Volunteer General Information and Requirements
for the 2026-27 School Year

Welcome to the 2026-27 school year! We are excited to have you join us in supporting our students by volunteering in our schools. We have streamlined our process for onboarding new and returning volunteers by implementing an electronic process. Once an application is submitted online it is routed electronically to all appropriate schools and departments to minimize the time it takes to become an approved volunteer. Anyone needing support with the electronic application may contact the MHUSD District Office receptionist at 408-201-6000 for assistance.
