This is an important announcement for anyone that has used their credit card at Bingo October 7 – October 19.
Square has alerted us to a disruption with a bank partner that prevented some Visa payments and refunds processed between October 7 – October 19, 2025 from being reflected in a customer’s balance and bank statements. Those transactions are now being processed, and the bank partner is working to restore normal visibility as quickly as possible.
If you are noticing multiple transactions hitting your account the past couple of days – PLEASE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY DISPUTE THE CHARGES. Please contact us first. These are likely legitimate transactions from the October 7-19 window that are now just hitting your account.
If you are questioning any transactions – Briana and Matt will be at the bingo hall this weekend. Bring the card in question and we can verify transactions for you.
